Welcome to my Blog
This is a journal of my on-line teaching experiences and part of the requirements of the Masters in Educational Leadership / e-Learning. I started teaching on-line with absolutely no experience. The first few sessions overwhelmed and terrified me and I found myself concentratining on managing the technology rather than the learners. I was nervous and self-conscious. I have improved and am quite comfortable with the medium now.
